Did you ever think that a bigger bottom and hips could be a good thing? A recent study at Harvard Medical School shows just that, well sort of. I guess the subcutaneous fat stored in these areas is able to synthesize insulin in a more efficient way, which leads to a decrease in the risk of diabetes.
Another reason to be grateful for my pear-shaped body. Sorry for the lame post but I thought I would let you all know in case you hadn't heard yet.

I love this! I too am quite glad about this . . . Forget my 2009 goal of slimming down in the hip/thigh department.
